Services
I work with individuals on a 1:1 basis offering private consultations and treatment programmes. I favour a balanced, long-term approach that is easy to stick to, whilst also helping you to feel energised and positive about your food choices. I am not a fan of quick-fix restrictive diets and am very much of the opinion ‘everything in moderation’.
I offer an individualised approach based on your current diet, cultural preferences, lifestyle & health history as well as looking at your short and long-term goals. As a recognised complementary therapy, Nutritional Therapy can be suitable for those with chronic conditions as well as individuals wanting to improve their overall health.
Nutritional Therapy is a holistic discipline, and in addition to optimising your hormonal health, it can help promote improved mood and energy levels, healthy bowel movements, improved sleep, increased immunity, enhanced memory & concentration as well as optimising your skin health.

1:1 Consultations
Prior to your first consultation, you will be asked to complete a health questionnaire covering your medical and family history, any symptoms you may be experiencing, medication use, diet and lifestyle. You will also be asked to keep a food diary for three days.
The initial consultation takes 1.5-2 hours, during which time a personalised nutrition and lifestyle programme will be devised to help you reach your health goals. A follow-up consultation is usually booked 4-6 weeks after the initial consultation to monitor your progress. Follow-up consultations take 1-1.5 hrs.
You will be given help and guidance throughout your nutritional programme with regular check-in sessions to help keep you inspired and answer any questions you may have along the way.
Initial consultation: £170
Follow-up consultation: £120

FAQs
Is Nutritional Therapy an alternative therapy?
No, Nutritional Therapy is very much a complementary therapy to be used in conjunction with conventional medicine. Nutritional Therapists do not diagnose and aim to work alongside medical professionals to help you manage any symptoms you may be experiencing and to optimise your health.
If I have a session with Zoë, does that mean I have to give up all the foods I love?
Even though Zoë is a fan of kale and lentils she also values the importance of enjoying oneself and enjoying what one eats. Zoë is all about balance, which means letting your hair down and having what you really fancy now and again, whilst still eating lots of the good stuff the rest of the time.
How long does it take to notice a difference?
Zoë is not a fan of quick-fix diets. When you come to see Zoë, she favours a long-term approach in order to improve your health and reach your goals. However, Zoë will devise a 4-5 weeks plan including diet, supplement and lifestyle recommendations which will be reviewed after this period.
Will I be put on a supplement programme?
Zoë will assess whether or not she thinks nutritional supplements will be beneficial for you. If she does, it will be based on her assessment of your nutritional requirements in regards to targeting the root cause of your symptoms.
